Prifina reached a major milestone as CEO Markus Lampinen was invited to join Mastercard on stage at the LAC Innovation Forum 2025 & Uplift in Miami; one of Mastercard’s flagship global gatherings for influential executives, partners, and leaders shaping the future of commerce.

As part of this collaboration, every executive participant, from Mastercard and its customer and partner network, claimed their own “priceless” card in the form of their own Prifina AI Twin. Offering a rare, hands-on experience with personal, privacy-first AI technology. For Prifina, this invitation is both an honor and a clear signal of the growing importance of data sovereignty and personal AI ecosystems in the future of consumer and business innovation.

Through this collaboration Mastercard demonstrated its commitment to responsible, human-centered AI by exploring how individuals can take control of their data and create AI assistants that reflect their expertise, personality, and style. The event theme, Synergy, highlighted how technology, empathy, and design converge to shape the future, perfectly aligning with Prifina’s mission to put people, not platforms, at the center of the AI era.

A Stage Set by Visionary Leaders

Prior to Markus’s own presentation and revealing the audience's access to their AI Twins, the stage was set by panels with other visionary leaders whose discussions well complimented Prifina’s vision for personal AI powering the future of emotionally purposeful usage.

Opened by Kiki Del Valle, Divisional President North LAC the Uplift session featured specifically the feminine influence on technology;

  • The Future of Talent: Leading with Equity, AI & Empathy, with Lori Castillo Martinez (fmr. EVP Performance and Workforce Innovation, Salesforce) and Lucrecia Borgonovo (Chief Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Officer, Mastercard) discussing how empathy, upskilling, and inclusive leadership can shape organizational culture and unlock human potential.
  • The Next Frontier: Unlocking Emotional Connections via AI-Powered Personalization, with Mary Beth Sheridan (President, Jonathan Adler), Maren Lau (Global Sales GTM Lead Business Messaging, Meta), Jacs Wyatt (Managing Director Global Marketing, American Airlines), Solana Cozzo (SVP Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Mastercard) discussing how emotional depth, strategic foresight, and authentic influence are driving innovation.
  • Leading with Purpose: Inspiring Change through Technology, with Linda Kirkpatrick (President Americas, Mastercard) and Michelle Meyer (Chief Economist, Mastercard) discussing the irreplaceable human traits that define leadership in the AI era.

Personal AI Brought to Life

Once the other sessions set the perfect stage, Kiki and Markus united to answer the questions “What is an AI Twin?” and “Why does it matter?”.

The audience was provided exclusive access to their very own AI Twin and experienced a live demonstration of Kiki’s own Twin on-stage. The recipients learned how an AI Twin could serve as their personal AI assistant, fully under their control, reflecting their personal expertise and style, multilingual and available 24/7.

Key Insights from the Forum

Throughout the course of the week, Prifina’s key takeaways on-site were that;

  • Many of the questions arising in AI usage today are tied to ownership, guardrails, and trust, including how to support inclusive personal-level stance whenever possible.
  • Individuality, style, and personality were repeated as the human traits that will define the future of AI experiences.
  • AI presents a multitude of opportunities to enable SME leaders and organizations to scale, compete, and serve customers in ways that were previously impossible.
  • Speed and constant accessibility is what consumers value most, such it was reported that instant answers with 70-80% accuracy by AI is often valued even greater than the alternative of 99% accurate answers from humans requiring hours or days to provide.
  • Consumers are increasingly willing to engage with a digital representation of a brand or company.
  • Agentic Commerce is THE trend that is most impactful and what’s next, though this is heavily reliant on advances in trust, security, KYC/AML, and verification of the human purchaser’s origin and intent.

Why Prifina and What Comes Next

The conversations throughout the event reinforced a shared vision: the future of commerce and consumer experiences will rely on personal AI that is private, secure, and controlled by the individual.

This is exactly the foundation Prifina builds. And it is why Mastercard invited Prifina to showcase our technology to their executive community and partners.

We see strong potential for future collaboration, supporting Mastercard’s goals in enabling AI-first commerce for businesses and consumers. From empowering SME leaders with their own AI presence to enabling frictionless agentic purchasing, the opportunities are significant, but only possible with platforms that prioritize data ownership, trust, and sovereignty.

Prifina is proud to cooperate with Mastercard at such a meaningful event and excited to continue shaping the future of personal AI together.
