# Prifina: full text > Prifina builds the AI Twin: a conversational representation of a person, built from knowledge that person owns and controls, for the audiences they choose. It lists every public page with its own summary, followed by the complete AI Twin Owners Guide. ## What an AI Twin is An AI Twin answers questions the way one specific person would, using only the knowledge they added and the permissions they set. It is not a generic chatbot (which answers from a scraped general model), not an AI avatar (which is a synthetic likeness), and not an industrial digital twin (which simulates a machine). Visitor questions are *your* agenda: what you want to learn from them. ## What it’s for - Sound like you (voice, length, behavior prompt) without changing the facts in Knowledge - Pin exact replies for topics such as pricing or booking (business rules) - Optionally greet idle visitors and weave one follow-up question after an answer - Control whether the Twin may briefly explain what an AI Twin is and where to get one ## How to use it 1. Open **Profile** ([https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/home](https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/home)) → **Personality & rules**. 2. Set **voice and style** (perspective, length, interaction style, follow-up encouragement). 3. Add a **behavior prompt** if you want free-text guidance (for example: speak in first person; stay warm and concrete). 4. Add **business rules** when you need a fixed reply: “When asked about… → Then respond with…”. **High priority** rules run before retrieval and return your text as-is. They do **not** weave a visitor question on that turn. 5. Optional: **Questions to ask visitors**: - Turn **Enable visitor questions** on - Write an **opening line** (greeting plus first question). After a short idle (4–20 seconds) on an empty Welcome screen, the AI Twin speaks first once per browser session. Typing, clicking an example chip, or leaving Welcome cancels the idle opening - Add up to six follow-up **asks**. Leave “When they mention” empty to use the next unanswered item, or add comma-separated triggers (for example `pricing, cost`) so that topic pulls that question first - After a normal answer, the Twin appends **one** unasked owner question. It does not invent questions from Knowledge 6. **Answer questions about AI Twins**: on free and trial plans this stays on. **Base or Pro** can turn it off so the Twin stays silent on product FAQ. When you are signed in as the owner asking your own AI Twin for console help, owner-help links still work even if visitor-facing product FAQ is off. 7. Click **Publish** and **Copy link**. Share it after the talk or in your newsletter. 5. On the public piece page, visitors play media and can ask the Twin about the piece. 6. The AI Twin keeps answering when you are not in the thread. ## What it’s for Moments that need a human: a hot lead, a sensitive clarification, or a “let me jump in” moment during a live demo. It is not a ticketing inbox for chats from last week. ## How to use it 1. Open **Insights → Live Feed** ([https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/insights/live-feed](https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/insights/live-feed)) or **Sessions** while someone is chatting on `https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name`. 2. The first time (or from Home), set **How you appear**: owner reply name and optional icon. This is account-wide across your AI Twins. 3. When **Reply as you** is available (gold), open the reply panel and send your message. 4. The visitor sees your owner bubble within a few seconds if their tab is still open. 5. When they leave the page, reply turns off for that session. Past sessions stay readable; you just cannot reply as you anymore. 6. On Live Feed, set **Notify me to reply** so you know when to jump in. **Every live chat** emails once when someone starts. **Only when it matters** emails for a weak answer, a Contact me lead, or keywords you set. There is **no automatic upgrade**. Create a **new Prifina login** at [https://base.hi.speak-to.ai](https://base.hi.speak-to.ai) with a one-time email code or a passkey. The old Speak To login does not sign you in here. Public AI Twins live at `https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name`. ## Use the same email Sign up or sign in with the email on your old account. That is how we recognize a prior Twin and/or billing. Same email is recognition, not SSO. ## If we recognize a subscription Your existing Speak To billing can link automatically. You should **not** subscribe again. Linked plans are typically **Base**. On **Subscription**, you may see that billing is linked from Speak To AI. ## If we recognize a Twin After you confirm your email, signup may show **Welcome back**: 1. **Migrate my AI Twin**: copies your profile and knowledge into this console 2. **Create a new AI Twin**: starts empty **Chat history does not transfer.** If your Prifina login email does not match the Speak To email, we send a one-time code to the Speak To address so you can prove ownership. You can also start an import later from **Account → Import from Speak-to.ai**. ## Your public link Claim your name on `https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name`. The old `hey.speak-to.ai` link may keep working until you claim the same name and we set a redirect. Redirects are set per name, not globally. Email [hello@prifina.com](mailto:hello@prifina.com) if you need that redirect. Update embeds and shared links that still point at retired hosts (`hub.speak-to.ai`, `hey.speak-to.ai`, `base.prifina.com`). ## If your marketing email included a claim link Open that link when you **do not** already have linked Speak To billing. You open a link like `https://hi.speak-to.ai/their-name` (or a custom domain they configured). You ask; the AI Twin answers from what the owner allowed into Knowledge. Sometimes the AI Twin **speaks first** or ends an answer with a short question of its own. That is optional owner setup (greeting and follow-ups), not a required form. When it expires, the page stops treating you as signed in even if the browser still remembered an old token. ## What you will see - “Signed in as…” chrome may clear. - Actions like **Clear chats** or saving a profile may ask you to sign in again. - You may see a message that your session expired or that visitor authentication is required. ## What to do 1. Sign in again with the same email and a fresh one-time code. 2. Continue the chat on the page, your in-progress questions stay visible when you re-authenticate. 3. That is the owner’s choice, not a Prifina account signup for owning a Twin. ## How to unlock 1. If the page asks for a **password**, enter the code the owner gave you. 2. If private material needs email verification, sign in / verify with the email they invited or allowed. 3. After unlock, ask again. When the prompt appears (often after a few messages), choose to share your email. 2. Confirm the address you want the owner to use. 3. Their message appears as an owner bubble with their reply name and icon, separate from the AI Twin’s usual answers. ## What to expect - The AI Twin can keep answering; a live owner reply is an extra human turn, not a takeover that deletes the bot. - Replies show up while your tab is active.
