Same idea on the invite-only iOS companion Voice tab. Usage is metered on your plan. (Visitor speak-to-chat on the public Twin is not live yet.) ### Upload files Drag and drop or browse. Supported formats include: - Text: `.txt`, `.md`, `.html` - Documents: `.pdf`, `.docx`, `.rtf`, `.odt`, `.epub` Files are processed into searchable chunks. Large uploads may take a few minutes. ### Quick Add Add a calendar or booking link, video URL, or short note without a full file — useful for Calendly, YouTube, or FAQ snippets. The Twin can share those links in answers; inline YouTube or image embeds in chat are not live yet. ### Explore Browse and edit indexed chunks. Fix titles or remove passages that confuse visitors. ### Suggested After you have documents, **Reflect** surfaces gaps. Approve or dismiss suggested snippets to fill holes. ### Website import Paste a public site or section hub URL to draft knowledge for your approval (markdown mirrors help SPA sites). ### Email ingest Forward email from your account address to your twin's ingest address (shown in Knowledge). Messages land in a review queue before indexing. Visitors can chat without an account unless you add a password. ## Password protection On Profile, enable a password so only people with the code can open chat. ## Private knowledge Mark specific documents or sections as **private**. Visitors must verify email in chat (and meet your allowlist if configured) before those passages can be used in answers. Audience email here means **access and leads**, not outbound campaigns: the Twin does not email your list or send marketing blasts for you. ## Email invites From Profile, invite people by email. They receive a link to your twin; optional private-knowledge access can be included. ## Contact capture Enable **Show contact me** so interested visitors can leave their email. You keep the same relationship while using the Theta console. ## Free trial New twins get a trial period. Searches your knowledge base for relevant passages 2. Sends those passages to the language model **only for that reply** 3. Generates an answer grounded in your material Your files are not merged into the model permanently. ## Confidence If nothing relevant is found, the Twin may say it does not know rather than invent facts. Add or clarify knowledge when you see weak answers in Sessions or Reflect. ## Personality layer Profile settings (tone, length, first vs third person) shape how answers are phrased without changing the underlying facts. ## Continuous improvement More accurate, well-structured knowledge → better answers. Example Quick Add note: "When someone asks to book a call, share https://calendly.com/you/30min" There is no separate scheduling product yet; the Twin shares the link you provide. ## Share video and other links Add external URLs to knowledge so the Twin can point visitors to the right place. **Good candidates:** - Calendly or booking links - YouTube or Vimeo recordings - Documentation or FAQ pages Today the Twin typically **shares the link** in the answer. Use it for Analytics, Insights, Voice knowledge, sharing your link, and Base subscription. It is **not** visitor chat and **not** a full replacement for the web console. *Invite only: available to invited owners while we prepare a public App Store release. It is not open for general download yet. Ask your Prifina contact if you need a TestFlight or invite. ## Sign in Use the **same email** as your console account. Public twins live at `https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-slug`. ### Automatic billing link When you sign up with the **same email** as your Speak To subscription, we may link your Stripe customer automatically (`speakto_legacy`). You keep your existing billing relationship. ### Import an existing twin During signup, if we detect a Speak To twin for your email, you can choose **Migrate my AI Twin** instead of starting empty. Your public URL may change to the `hi.speak-to.ai` host. ### Old admin URLs Domains like `hub.speak-to.ai`, `base.prifina.com`, and `hey.speak-to.ai` were used by earlier versions.
