# Sell & Connect

## What it is

**Sell** lets you package **private digital knowledge packs** for purchase on the public Twin. **Connect** (Stripe Connect) handles payouts. The platform takes about a **20%** commission. This path is **alpha** — digital packs only; physical or dropship goods are not supported.

## What it’s for

Monetize a paid guide, cohort curriculum, or investor-only appendix that should unlock after purchase — while the rest of the Twin stays free to chat. Pro and trial/subscribed entitlements gate marketplace features; see [Plans and Billing](/guide/ai-twin-owners/plans-and-billing).

## How to use it

1. Confirm plan access on **Subscription** ([https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/subscription](https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/subscription)) — Base **$24/mo**, Pro **$99/mo** on [prifina.com/pricing](https://prifina.com/pricing).
2. Open **Sell** ([https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/sell](https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/sell)) and complete **Connect** onboarding for payouts.
3. Create a pack: title, blurb, price, and which **private** docs unlock after purchase.
4. Publish the pack, then buy it yourself on `https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name` to verify checkout and unlock.
5. Track sales in the Sell console; buyers verify email to access purchased private docs.

## Tips / pitfalls

- Alpha: expect rough edges; report issues via [Get Help](/guide/ai-twin-owners/get-help-and-concierge).
- Commission is ~**20%** via Stripe application fee — price packs with that in mind.
- Only digital knowledge packs; do not promise physical shipping.
- Docs in a pack should already be marked private so free chat does not leak them.
