# Quick Add

## What it is

**Quick Add** lets you drop a short note, booking link, video URL, or single fact into Knowledge without uploading a file. It is the fastest path from “the Twin got this wrong” to a corrected answer.

## What it’s for

Small gaps — for example your Twin misses a **middle name**, a one-line FAQ, or your Calendly URL. Use it after a demo or Analytics session when you spot a hole that does not deserve a full document.

## How to use it

1. Open **Knowledge** ([https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/knowledge](https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/knowledge)).
2. Choose **Quick Add**.
3. Write a short, clear statement (or paste a URL and when the Twin should share it).
4. Save, then open `https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name` in a private window and ask the question that failed before.
5. If the answer is still soft, tighten the wording or move the material into a fuller upload.

## Tips / pitfalls

- Quick Add is not for long docs or pasted whitepapers — use [Upload documents](/guide/ai-twin-owners/upload-documents) instead.
- One fact per note beats a rambling paragraph.
- Prefer plain language the Twin can quote; avoid vague “see my site.”
- Re-test the public Twin after every save.
