SMS and WhatsApp let people message your Twin like texting a person. Requires **Pro**.

## Setup

1. Open **Account → Messaging** ([https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/channels](https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/channels))
2. Turn messaging on
3. Provision your dedicated number
4. Optionally connect WhatsApp
5. Send yourself a test message

## Usage

Pro includes **500 billable units per month** (SMS segments and WhatsApp messages in and out). The console shows usage and upgrade tiers if you need more capacity.

## Tips

- Point regulars to WhatsApp for quick questions
- Keep knowledge current — messaging uses the same knowledge base as web chat
