# Embedded Links (Video, Calendar)

## Book a meeting

Add your Calendly (or other booking) URL to knowledge so the Twin can offer it when someone asks to meet.

Example Quick Add note: "When someone asks to book a call, share https://calendly.com/you/30min"

There is no separate scheduling product yet; the Twin shares the link you provide.

## Share video and other links

Add external URLs to knowledge so the Twin can point visitors to the right place.

**Good candidates:**

- Calendly or booking links
- YouTube or Vimeo recordings
- Documentation or FAQ pages

Today the Twin typically **shares the link** in the answer. Inline YouTube players or images rendered inside chat are not live yet.

## How to add

1. Open **Knowledge**
2. Use **Quick Add** or upload a short note containing the URL and when to share it
3. Save — the Twin can reference the link when relevant
