# Custom Domain

## Subscribers only

Base and Pro can map a subdomain such as `twin.yourcompany.com` to your public twin.

## Steps

1. Open **Account → Custom domain** ([https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/custom-domain](https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/custom-domain))
2. Enter the host you want (e.g. `twin.example.com`)
3. Add the **CNAME** record at your DNS provider pointing to `hi.speak-to.ai`
4. Click **Verify DNS** in the console
5. TLS provisions automatically when DNS is correct

## Notes

- Use a subdomain, not the apex root, unless your DNS provider supports CNAME flattening at apex
- Changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate
