## Analytics

**Workspace → Analytics** shows visitors, sessions, chat activity, and trends over time. Use it to see whether people find your twin and what they engage with.

## Insights

- **Daily Report** — optional email summary of yesterday's activity (enable on Insights)
- **Reflect** — knowledge gaps and suggested additions
- **Sessions / Live Feed** — recent conversations
- **Leads** — contact-me submissions

## Act on gaps

When Reflect flags a thin area, add a short doc or approve a Suggested snippet, then check again after new visits.
